Basketball Skills Homework

The EBA will be working with its basketball partners over the next few weeks to develop skills workouts for our kids. While this is a terribly challenging time for everyone, our intent is to whatever we can to help your make the most of your basketball players 'free time". Not only will this give your child something to do, it will get them outside and allow them to burn off some some of that excess energy.

Click HERE for the workout and HERE for a video demonstration.
