All Teams must have a minimum of 3 players
present to compete.

All players must be registered, fees paid and
have waiver signed.

All games are to 14 points; win by two points, or
20 minutes, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. (Exception for Championship
games which has no time limit)

Each basket counts 1 point. Shots from outside
the 20 foot arc line count 2 points—where marked.

Substitutions are unlimited, but permitted only
when the ball is not in play.

Coin toss determines first possession. Winning
team chooses possession. Team not receiving possession shall
start overtime.

Ball changes possession after all made baskets.

Ball must be “taken back” on every change of
possession. This means both feet fully behind the 20-foot
line. Failure to take it back results in loss of possession.
Any fouls do not count and possession is still lost by the team
in violation.

Opposing player must check the ball before it is
put into play. The ball must be passed to a teammate to begin
play.

After all fouls or out-of-bounds, the ball will
be taken at mid-court. No free throws will be attempted.

Each team allowed one 60 second time out per
game, but cannot be called in the last 90 seconds. 20 minute
clock continues to run. Clock is only stopped for an injury.

If game is tied at end of 20 minute period, teams
play a sudden death overtime with the team scoring first
declared the winner.

Court boundaries are regular half-court area.

Jump or held balls go to defense.

Player must leave game when an abrasion has
flowing blood. Once stopped & covered, player can re-enter the
game.

Pool winners determined by: 1. Best Record, 2.
Total point differential.

Decisions of Tournament Director are final and
not subject to any appeals.
