Dre Jefferson’s Clinic
EHS Girls’ Varsity Head Coach Dre Jefferson and his staff will be hosting a two-week clinic in July and August for girls in grades K-8. The cost for the full clinic is $175 (Week 1 - $75 / Week 2 - $100). You have the option to register for one or both weeks. Week 1 will be July 13,14,15 at South View Middle School City Gym, while Week 2 will be Aug 1,2,3,4 at Edina High School North Gym. Registration for Week 1 closes at midnight on July 12. Board Member Appreciation
We would like to recognize and thank the following Directors whose terms ended on June 30; Paul Anderson, Courtney Boettcher, Jeb Burke, Bryan Dye, Derek Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Scott Phinney, and Jay Stockwell. Special thanks to Scott, who served on the Board for 5 years and the last two as Board President. Thank you to everyone for your commitment to our kids and hoops in Edina. You all will be greatly missed!

New Board Members
We are pleased to announce that Paul Crowley, Kevin Donley, Rick LaVercombe, Collin Nelson, and Nora Thelen were unanimously accepted as new directors with terms beginning July 1. In addition, Andy Stotts will begin his two-year term as EBA President. Please join us in welcoming these individuals to the EBA Board of Directors.

4th of July Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 4th of July Parade! The conditions weren’t ideal, so we really appreciate all of you who came out anyway. We hope the weather will be better next year - we would love to have an even bigger group to represent Edina Hoops!

New Website
The EBA is moving its website to SportsEngine in July! We hope you will find the new platform to be easier to navigate. The mobile version is much better too! Like anything new, there will be a learning curve for everyone, so don’t hesitate to email admin@edinabasketball.com with any questions. Please note that you need to create a SportsEngine account to register your player for one of our programs.

Travel Program Reminders
Registration for our Travel Program opens on Aug 1. Other important dates include optional Pre-Tryout Clinics the week of September 18 and Tryouts on September 24 and 25 for boys and girls. 5th -8th Grade Boys will have a Team Placement Session on Sunday, October 2. The schedules will be finalized by the end of the month.
