Travel Program Reminders
Registration for our 3rd-8th Grade Travel Program is now open! CLICK HERE to register your player. In preparation for Tryouts on September 21 and 22, the EBA will be hosting optional, Pre-Tryout Clinics the week of September 16. These clinics are meant to give your player a chance to experience the drills that will be used during Tryouts. CLICK HERE for the schedule and to register. Please note, the Pre-Tryout Clinic Schedule and Tryout Schedule can always be found on the Travel Documents page of our website. If you are considering ‘Travel’ for the first time and would like to speak to someone about the experience, please refer to the Travel Program pages on our website and/or email admin@edinabasketball.com. We would be happy to answer any of your questions.

Financial Aid
The EBA will once again provide financial aid to families who qualify for the Edina Community Foundation’s Connect Card program. If you are unfamiliar with this program, CLICK HERE learn more. If your player has a Connect Card with an expiration date of March 2025 or later, simply contact Giovanna Ingram at questions@edinabasketball.com and she will provide you with a discount code to use when registering. If your player’s Connect Card expires before March of 2025, please contact the Edina Community Foundation to renew it. Once your player’s Connect Card has been renewed, please contact Giovanna for a discount code.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The EBA is once again providing local businesses with the opportunity to sponsor one or more of our Travel Teams this season. Being a sponsor not only shows your support for Edina Basketball but helps make it possible for the EBA to provide financial aid for deserving families, college scholarships for high school seniors and funding for high school programs. Open Gym Starts in August
The EBA is hosting Open Gym for registered players in kindergarten through 8th grade started on Sunday, August 18 and will continue through October. All sessions will take place in the City Gym at the Edina Community Center unless otherwise specified on our website. players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and should not attend sessions outside of their grade level. Open Gym is being provided so players can work on their basketball skills. Full court and half court pick-up games are prohibited. CLICK HERE for the all the details.

House and Rec Registration
Registration for our K-8th Grade House and Rec Programs opens on September 1. House and Rec Programs are intended for players of all abilities who want to have fun playing the game of basketball. For more information, go to the PROGRAMS tab at the top our homepage and navigate to HOUSE or REC and select the appropriate grade level for your player. At the top of each program page is contact information for one of our Board Members. Don’t hesitate to contact them with any questions. Plus, make sure to bookmark the Key Dates page on our website, so you don’t miss out on anything.
