New Board President Named
The EBA Board is pleased to announce that Kevin Donley was elected Board President for a two-year term starting July 1, 2024. Kevin has served on the Board for the past three years, having been responsible for the 3rd Grade Spring League his first year and Uniforms and Apparel the past two years. In addition, Kevin has coached in our House and Travel Programs for the past seven years. “Kevin has been such an engaged and passionate Board Member over the past three that it didn’t surprise me when he expressed his interest in becoming our next President,” said Andy Stotts, Board President. “He will be a tremendous asset to EBA and our basketball community.”

3rd Grade Travel to be Added
On March 25, the EBA Board unanimously approved a plan to add 3rd grade teams to our Travel Program starting with the 2024-25 season. 3rd graders who are interested in playing Travel will be invited to participate in pre-tryout clinics and our formal tryout process later this fall. There will be A and B teams for both boys and girls. Details are still being finalized but you can expect our 3rd grade teams to have two practices a week and participate in 5 or 6 weekend tournaments throughout the season. Travel will be a serious commitment for families, so please keep this in mind when considering whether or not to participate.

End of Season Surveys
The EBA strives to provide its families with the absolute best basketball experience possible and so its critically important that we get your feedback (both positive and constructive) about our programs. As a valued member of the Edina basketball community, we invite you to participate in a brief survey related to your player's participation in the EBA this year. Be on the lookout for an email in the coming days which will contain a link to the survey for the specific program you player participated in this season.
